Intree ApS mobile App & related services
These Terms of Service govern your use of Intree App, our website located at https://intree.com, and any related services ("Services," "App," "Intree App") provided by Intree ApS ("We," "Our," "Us"). When you create an Intree App account or use the App and Associated services, you (“You” pertaining to any user, both natural and legal persons, including all Organizations, Institutions, Businesses or other entities, and all “providers'') agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
By participating in the purchase of Treets on the Intree App, users acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Treets Sales Disclaimer. Intree ApS reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary and will communicate any changes through the established notification methods outlined in the Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from further using the App, accessing Our website, or using any other Services provided by Us. If you access or download Intree App from (1) the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service; and/or (2) the Google Play Store, you agree to the Android, Google Inc. Terms and Conditions, including the Google Apps Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at Our sole discretion. Upon doing so, We will update this page and notify you through the app and/or the contact information provided by you. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Limitations of Use
Any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Violation of the rights of others, pursuant to human and legal rights, international, European Union (“EU”) and national laws, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation.
Targeted harassment of others.
Threatening, inciting, promoting, or actively encouraging violence, terrorism, or any other serious harm.
Any content or activity that promotes or in any way presents child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Sending or disseminating, or in any way disclosing other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers or social security/national identity numbers, without their express authorization and consent, pursuant to EU and national data privacy regulations, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation.
Infringing patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights.
Distributing, publishing, sending, or facilitating the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (or "spam").
Impersonating others in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.
Removing, circumventing, disabling, damaging, or otherwise interfering with security features of the Intree Services, including any technical measures used to prevent or restrict unauthorized access, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Intree Services, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Intree Services.
Intentionally interfering with or damaging the operation of the Intree Services or any user's enjoyment of them, including by uploading or disseminating viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to access or in any way use your account password or any Intree related account.
Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer Intree App, related services, or any materials and software contained within Intree App or on our website.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from Intree App, related services, website, or any materials and software contained within Intree App or on our website.
Transfer Intree App or any of its associated materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
If you unknowingly, knowingly or negligently use Intree App or any of its associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Intree aps provides.
Harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user’s consent.
Use Intree App or its associated services in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.
Violating the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device.
By using Intree App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are not of the required age, you are prohibited from creating an Intree App account, or using any other Services provided by Us. Intree ApS does not take any responsibility for the use of our services, and all liability falls on You, if You break the laws of your country of residence.
Treets Sales Disclaimer
Intree ApS facilitates the sale of "Treets" on the platform, acting as an intermediary connecting users with exclusive offers from providers.
Intermediary Role: Intree ApS functions as a platform for connecting users with exclusive offers and subscriptions ("Treets") provided by third-party vendors. We are not the direct seller of these Treets but serve as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction between users and Communities.
Provider Accountability: Providers offering Treets are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products or services they provide. Intree ApS does not assume liability for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from the purchase or use of Treets.
Transaction Disputes: Any disputes or concerns related to the purchase of Treets should be directed to the respective provider and/or community. Intree ApS will assist in facilitating communication between users and providers but does not bear responsibility for the resolution of disputes.
Legal Compliance: Intree ApS encourages all users and providers offering Treets to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including laws governing the sale of goods and services. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the provider's offerings from the platform.
Fees and Revenue Sharing
As a user of the Intree App and its related services provided by Intree ApS, it's essential to understand the financial aspects associated with the platform. This section outlines the fees applicable to users engaging in Treets sales and the revenue-sharing model employed by Intree ApS.
Third-Party Processing Fee:
Intree ApS facilitates the sale of Treets on the platform, connecting users with exclusive offers from third-party providers. It is crucial to note that the processing fee applied to Treets sales is imposed by a third-party payment service provider engaged by Intree ApS. This fee is not directly determined or controlled by Intree ApS but is an inherent part of using external payment processing services.
Platform Fee:
In addition to the Treets sales processing fee, Intree ApS charges a platform fee. This fee contributes to the overall maintenance, development, and enhancement of the Intree App and its associated services. The platform fee is a percentage of the total transaction value and is deducted alongside the Treets sales processing fee.
Transparent Fee Structure:
Intree ApS is committed to maintaining transparency regarding its fee structure. Users engaging in Treets sales will be informed of the applicable fees during the transaction process.
Fee Updates:
Intree ApS reserves the right to review and update its fee structure at its sole discretion. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to users through the established notification methods outlined in the Terms of Service. Users are encouraged to stay informed about the latest fee structure to make informed decisions while using the Intree App.
Payment and Payouts:
Users engaging in Treets sales should be aware that the processing fee and platform fee are automatically deducted from the total transaction amount. Payouts to communities will be processed after the deduction of these fees, ensuring a seamless and transparent financial transaction process.
Acceptance of Fees:
By participating in Treets sales on the Intree App, users acknowledge and accept the processing fee and platform fee outlined in this section. It is essential to carefully review the fee details before engaging in any transactions.

Effective Date:
This Fees and Revenue Sharing section is effective immediately upon publication and is subject to periodic updates. Users will be notified of any material changes through the communication methods outlined in the Terms of Service.
At Intree, We provide a platform for hosting communities where users can engage, share content, and connect with each other.
Community Moderation: Communities hosted on the Intree platform are responsible for content moderation. Communities, and their selected moderators, are responsible for ensuring that discussions and interactions align with community guidelines and the overall values of Intree, as expressed in the moderation policy on Intree.com.
User Reporting: While community moderators handle day-to-day moderation, users are encouraged to report any content or behaviour that violates community guidelines.
Intrees Role: Intree retains the right to take necessary actions, including content removal or community suspension, based on user reports and violations of our platform-wide policies. We are a platform that establishes relations, but We do not accept liability for any misuse of our platform, or for any circumstances that a user has experienced on or as a result of our platform.
Liability: The primary liability for content within communities lies with the community itself. Intree acts as a facilitator, providing the platform and tools for community interactions. Communities must establish and enforce their guidelines to ensure a positive user experience.
Moderator Code of Conduct: Community moderators are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fairness, transparency, and respectful communication. Intree reserves the right to revoke moderation privileges in cases of misconduct.
User Accountability: Users participating in communities are accountable for their actions and content contributions. Violations of community guidelines may result in warnings, suspensions, or removal from the community, depending on the severity of the breach.
Intree's Support: While communities manage day-to-day moderation, Intree will, within Our discretion, provide support in addressing escalated issues, enforcing platform-wide policies, and ensuring a consistent and positive user experience across all communities. Please use contact@intree.com, for any questions, and report@intree.com, for any violation on our platform.
By participating in communities hosted on the Intree platform, users acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Community Hosting and Moderation Policy. Intree ApS reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary and will communicate any changes through the established notification methods outlined in the Terms of Service.
The intellectual property in the materials in Intree App and on Our website are owned by or licensed to Us. You may download the Intree App, to view, use, and display the application on Your mobile device for Your personal use only. This constitutes the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title. This licence shall automatically terminate if You violate any of these restrictions or these Terms of Service and may be terminated by Intree aps at any time. Beware anything You post to Our platform, is subject to deletion, in case it infringes with any intellectual property right.
You retain Your intellectual property ownership rights over content You submit to Us for publication within Intree App and/or on its corresponding website. We will never claim ownership of Your content, but We do require a licence from You in order to use it. When You use Intree App or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, You grant to Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of Your content in a manner that is consistent with Your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy. The licence You grant Us can be terminated at any time by deleting Your content or account. However, to the extent that We (or our partners) have used Your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the licence will continue until the relevant commercial or post has been discontinued by Us. You give Us permission to use Your username and other identifying information associated with Your account in a manner that is consistent with Your privacy preferences, and Our Privacy Policy.
To the extent that You are using or accessing Intree App on an iOS device, You acknowledge and agree to the terms of this clause. You acknowledge that these Terms of Service are between You and Intree aps only, not with Apple Inc. (Apple), and Apple is not responsible for Intree App and any materials available in Intree App. Apple has no obligation to furnish You with any maintenance and support services with respect to the Intree App. If Intree App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the mobile application to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Intree App and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our responsibility.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by You or any third party relating to Intree App or Your use of Intree App, including but not limited to (1) product liability claims; (2) any claim that our mobile application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (3) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that our mobile application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Intree App, including any Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Agreement of Service. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and upon Your acceptance of these Terms of Service, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Service against You as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms of Service. You hereby represent and warrant that (1) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (2) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may suspend or terminate Your Intree App account and right to use Intree App and these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to You for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
If You download or access the Intree App through the Google Play Store, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Google is not responsible for the Intree App or any materials available in the Intree App. Any issues, claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to the app should be directed to Intree ApS.
Updates and Maintenance:
Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Intree App. Any updates to the app will be the responsibility of Intree ApS.
Warranty and Liability:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Google disclaims any warranties or liabilities related to the Intree App, and any claims arising from the use of the app will be the responsibility of Intree ApS.
Compliance with Third-Party Terms:
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the Intree App, including the Usage Rules set forth in the Google Play Store Terms of Service.
Acknowledgment of Third-Party Beneficiary:
You acknowledge that Google and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and upon Your acceptance of these Terms, Google will have the right to enforce these Terms of Service against You as a third-party beneficiary.
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country. Additionally, You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and the European Union. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Use Intree to engage with your relations, reflect and share different sides of yourself, meet like-minded people in vibrant communities, and gain access to and share exclusive advantages that matter to you.
